TEAM FORMATION:

* Team can have maximum of 2 participants.

* No participants can be a part of more than one team.

* It is not necessary that the participants forming a team should be from the same college.

* There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.

EVENT FORMAT

* The teams will get 8 minutes to present their paper.

* It may be followed by a question and answer session for about 2mins

* Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.

*The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.

Registration Fee: Rs 100 per team.

Lunch will be provided for the participants.

This event tests your timing and creativity. all u have to do is explore your ideas to advertise the product.

Rules and regulations .

1. A minimum of 3 members in 1 batch and different batches are given different products to advertise.

2. Each batch is given a span of 5 minutes to create the advertisement and after that they should present the ad for a minimum of 2 min.

3.Depending on their presentation skills and creativity, prize is awarded.

This event is a splendid one, with a registration fee of Rs.30 for a team comprising a minimum of 3 members.Hope all the students get involved in this event and seize a gud amount of entertainment…!!!
